What to do in the DR?

Dominican cooking, BBQ at the school, dance classes, playing domino or beach volleyball, learning how to surf or go scuba diving, visiting the over 500-year old Colonial zone or the famous carnival in La Vega, or going onto day-excursions to see the whales in the bay of Samana or explore the waterfalls of Imbert and Jarabacoa in the Dominican Alps – so many things to do, see, taste and explore in the Dominican Republic! The student facilitators at both IIC schools offer weekly all kinds of activities and excursions to get in touch with the people, the culture and of course, to discover the country.
