Our partner CASA SYLVIE
is a budget-friendly, charming economy hotel in Sosua. It comes from a long tradition of hospitality in Sosua, being one of the very first hotels built there in the early 1980’s. It also reveals a fascinating history, tracing back to the Jewish refugees who founded the city in World War II.
This small 10-room hotel is centrally located in Sosua El Batey. Supermarkets, restaurants, banks, and shops as well as public transportation are just a stone’s throw away. Up the hill from Casa Sylvie, you’ll find the Sosua Art Museum Castillo Mundo King.
Casa Sylvie is about 10 to 15 minutes walking to the school, as is the distance walking to the next beaches, Playa Sosua and Playa Alicia.
Despite its central location, life at Casa Sylvie is so tranquil that it is the perfect place to study or relax at the pool after your Spanish classes.

Pet-friendly: Two very friendly dogs and a cat are part of the Casa Sylvie-family.
Accommodation is in single occupancy; special long-term and group/ family rates on request.
Breakfast can be booked in addition. Or you prepare your own food in the fully equipped shared community kitchen.
In general, accommodation nights are calculated as follows: arrival on Sunday before course start, departure on Saturday after course end. Earlier arrival or later departure is, of course, also possible with an extra charge and based on availability.
