Save the date: This year’s ADN Bachata World Festival 2023 will take place in the Dominican Republic from November 16 to 20. Expect four days of celebration with live music, dance workshops and lots of beach life. The event, supported by the Ministry of Tourism, will also host the Global Bachata Championships.
Event location: Senator Hotel Resort & Spa and Playa Bachata Hotel Resort & Spa in the all-inclusive resort area of Maimón near Puerto Plata
In 2019, the UNESCO declared the music and dance of Dominican Bachata an Intangible Cultural Heritage of Humanity.
