Festival Presidente Is Back

After nine years away, the famous Festival Presidente returns to Santo Domingo. On December 11 and 12, 2026, the Dominican capital will host two days of music, international superstars and top Dominican talent at the country’s biggest music celebration.

Music fans, get ready!

One of the Dominican Republic’s most iconic festivals is making its long-awaited comeback. And this time, the organizers are planning more than just concerts.

The 2026 edition of Festival Presidente will transform the Centro Olímpico Juan Pablo Duarte in Santo Domingo into a large entertainment circuit, featuring several stages, food experiences, music and immersive attractions. Visitors can expect a festival atmosphere that goes far beyond the main performances.

A star-studded lineup

The artist lineup brings together some big international names and much-loved Dominican performers.

  • Friday, December 11, will feature Juan Luis Guerra, Calvin Harris, Beéle, Danny Ocean and Milly Quezada, among others.
  • Saturday, December 12, brings Katy Perry, Don Omar, Omar Courtz and Yiyo Sarante, alongside more Dominican and international artists.

From merengue and bachata to reggaeton, pop and electronic music, there will be something for different generations and musical tastes.

Festival Presidente – More than just music

This year’s festival introduces a new concept with multiple entertainment areas. Highlights include a Dominican-style colmado experience, a reggaeton-inspired club, gastronomic spaces and immersive live performances.

The idea is to create a place where visitors can spend the day enjoying music, food and different experiences, not just watching concerts.

For the Dominican Republic, the return of Festival Presidente is also a major moment for its music and entertainment scene. After almost a decade away, the festival is once again bringing Dominican culture and international music together on one big stage.
